Productivity Arc Additive Intelligent Manufacturing Unit


ArcMan P series is a production arc additive intelligent manufacturing unit that truly realizes full digital process quality monitoring. It is widely used in large-scale complex component batch production, product repair and other scenarios in application fields such as shipbuilding.
Under the control of IungoPNT, a dedicated CAM software for arc additive, through the Q-Ark quality ark system, in conjunction with the intelligent gateway and IungoMC intelligent manufacturing management system, etc., the additive path, process parameters, environmental parameters, workpiece morphology, molten pool, temperature field information, etc. in the additive molding process are collected, analyzed, stored, and traced, and process defects are perceived in real time, and the additive program is dynamically corrected to realize a fully digital process quality monitoring closed loop.
At the same time, it helps users better understand the production status and information of equipment and products, realize the full process management of personnel, factories, and equipment, and realize intelligent arc additive manufacturing that meets the needs of stable and continuous production.

Fully digital process quality monitoring and traceability


The patented Q-Ark quality ark system and the self-developed arc-specific CAM software IungoPNT V4.0 Premium can be optionally equipped, integrating real-time process quality monitoring functions such as additive path twinning, process parameter and environmental parameter acquisition, 3D morphology detection, dynamic path planning, molten pool morphology and interlayer temperature field monitoring, etc., real-time perception of process defects, dynamic correction of additive program, control of additive contour accuracy ≤2.5mm, height accuracy ≤1mm, and realization of fully digital process quality monitoring closed loop;

Process quality monitoring data is stored through the local server equipped with the equipment, with a storage space of 16T, supporting the storage, review and export of production process data within 1 month. And it can be expanded and upgraded according to actual needs.

Continuous and stable production guarantee


Equipped with the independently developed MaxFeed digital large-reel wire feeding cabin, it supports the use of 70kg large-reel wire (compatible with traditional small-reel wire), reducing the frequency of wire replacement during the additive process;

Configuration of wire balance monitoring and alarm functions to ensure the continuity of the additive process;

At the same time, the cabin has a heating and dehumidification system to ensure the dryness of the welding wire and reduce the generation of defects such as pores during the additive process;
Provide IungoQMC equipment management dashboard, production managers can preview equipment details, equipment twins, employee information, task information, energy consumption data, reminders for replacement of wearing parts and other information at any time, providing users with effective management of the entire process of personnel, factories and equipment.

High-quality additive manufacturing for large and complex components


The control software uses the self-developed arc-specific CAM software IungoPNT V4.0 Premium, which provides slicing and planning path filling methods that are more suitable for arc additive manufacturing. Combined with process characteristics, the additive manufacturing program is intelligently optimized for the entire workpiece and special feature positions to reduce the generation of additive defects;
Eight-axis linkage is suitable for additive manufacturing of large and complex components. At the same time, it is equipped with a zero-point positioning system. The working platform can be quickly separated from the positioner or automatically re-locked without the need for additional positioning references. It is convenient to connect machining and other processes during the additive manufacturing process to meet the needs of additive and subtractive composite processing of large and complex components;
Combined with the self-designed WeldWand series PlusMIG welding gun, the stability of the additive manufacturing process is guaranteed and the additive manufacturing accuracy is improved; automatic environmental dehumidification and heating are used to control the internal environmental temperature and humidity of the equipment to ensure a good additive manufacturing environment.
