Intelligent
Equipped with IungoPNT software developed specifically for arc additive, it is more suitable for the proprietary slicing method and filling path planning of arc additive, and realizes additive quality control based on graphic optimization; combined with the characteristics of arc additive process, it intelligently optimizes the additive program for the entire workpiece and special feature positions to reduce the generation of printing defects.
High Quality, High Efficiency, Low Cost
Equipped with the independently designed and customized WeldWand series PlusMIG welding gun, it ensures the stability of the printing process and improves the printing accuracy. The minimum printing thickness of stainless steel can reach 2mm; the equipment has high molding efficiency, and the molding efficiency of the process library with its own parameters can reach up to 1085cm³/h; the cost of consumables is low, and some are as low as 7-8 yuan/kg.
Process visualization
Through extremely high-reduction layout simulation and dynamic path simulation, the printing process is dynamically displayed, 360-degree non-dead-angle speed change viewing, and offline verification of accessibility and singular points in advance, rejecting "blind typing" and improving printing efficiency.
Convenience and lightweight
The equipment occupies a small area, and the weight of the whole machine is only 1T. The operator can easily push the equipment to the appropriate operating position and fix it. No additional auxiliary facilities and site installation requirements are required. Quick deployment can be completed by connecting the power supply and protective gas.
Easy to use and friendly human-computer interaction
Simple operation, equipped with IungoPNT, a special CAM software for arc additive, only six steps are required to achieve additive; one-button button start, closed-loop software control, simple and convenient.
Safety protection
The equipment has an integrated protective shell, equipped with an arc-proof and noise-reducing lifting observation door to isolate arc light and noise damage; equipped with a molten pool camera, the molten pool and arc status can be clearly viewed through the display; equipped with a smoke filter system to prevent smoke from damaging human respiratory health.
